Once you have your new iPhone or Android devices the next piece of the puzzle is to ensure the data that sits on them is secure and controlled. No matter the size of your business, protecting your company data and adhering to GDPR is an important part of your day-to-day business. Wouldn’t it be great if there was a way of protecting your data, both on personal and corporate devices, to stop data being removed from the business? The good news for Office 365 users, there is! If you are already a user of Office 365, our team can help secure your devices with a very simple 1 day consultancy engagement. If your business is not using Office 365, the migration of your company data is often quite simple. Get in touch to find out more about our quick start offerings. ### **How this works**: If you are using a Microsoft 365 Standard subscription, we will need to upgrade this to a Microsoft 365 Business Premium subscription. Once the license has been upgraded, we can configure a protection policy to achieve the following: - Create a virtual bubble around your Office 365 applications on both phone and tablet devices. These applications include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc. The bubble will ensure that the data is contained within those applications whilst restricting staff members from copy and pasting into other apps and downloading those important documents to un-trusted locations. - In the likely event that a member of staff leaves the company, the data can be removed from all their devices at the click of a button. Providing peace of mind that your data can't be mistreated or taken to a competitor. ### **Is your business phone contract coming to an end?** Why not speak to our partner company AJM Comms to see if they can issue a competitive quote?
