When someone buys a Microsoft product, like Windows or Office, they're not buying the software itself but a license that gives them permission to use it. With Microsoft offering over 100 license variations, often you could be using the wrong license in terms of both cost and functionality. - Business Standard or Business Premium are fantastic for small to medium businesses. - Web only - Monthly vs Annual Nabra Tech offers free 30-minute reviews to businesses to ensure you’re using the most suitable licenses. - Business Standard – Offer the core Office applications used by most SMB sized businesses. Including emails, document storage and Teams for instant messaging and collaboration. - Business Premium – Offers all the above with additional security features: - Cyberthreat protection (Provides protection against phishing and malware attacks) - Device protection (Provides protection against malware and additional security) - Data protection (Provides protection on sensitive information within your business) When configured correctly, Business Premium provides peace of mind that your staff are using devices secured to Microsoft best practices. Whilst also checking email/links for suspicious activities before granting access to them. Nabra Tech is a Microsoft license reseller and can often help save your business money each year. We also offer consultancy lead packages or customised solutions to suit most business industries ranging from Premium starter engagements for those who have Office standard already and wish to move to premium and to custom built solutions bult for your business. ## Related posts [![](https://nabratech.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/Intune%20%20featured%20image_2.png?height=200&name=Intune%20%20featured%20image_2.png)](https://nabratech.co.uk/en/latest/applicaton-protection) [Office365](https://nabratech.co.uk/en/latest/tag/office365), [Data Protection](https://nabratech.co.uk/en/latest/tag/data-protection), [Intune](https://nabratech.co.uk/en/latest/tag/intune), [Mobile Device](https://nabratech.co.uk/en/latest/tag/mobile-device) ## [Do you have control of your company's data when being accessed on a mobile phone or tablet?](https://nabratech.co.uk/en/latest/applicaton-protection) [Jaimie K](https://nabratech.co.uk/en/latest/author/jaimiek) Feb 19, 2025 6:17:45 PM A nagging question for all company directors is 'how secure is my company data on personal and...
